The Company Background
A leading biopharmaceutical company with a global focus on oncology innovation, the client regularly engages specialists to align product development with frontline care practices. This research was part of ongoing HCP-centric insight gathering.
The Brief
The study required the recruitment and interviewing of 8 hematologists and oncologists in each of 3 countries. Recruitment was to be completed within 10 days, with fieldwork to be executed over 3 days per market. The company, together with its Market Research Agency partner, commissioned Q2Q Global to handle the operational execution.
The Solution
Q2Q Global activated its trusted HCP database, backed by a dedicated telephone recruitment team familiar with scheduling interviews with time-constrained oncology professionals. Using moderators experienced in pharmaceutical and oncology research, all interviews were conducted in local languages and tailored to each region’s clinical practice context. The Q2Q Global team brought valuable past experience from oncology studies in these countries, enabling them to adjust screener criteria, discussion guides, and terminology to resonate with regional differences in patient load, treatment protocols, and regulatory climates. A consolidated 5-day integrated report and translated session recordings were delivered post-fieldwork, equipping the client with sharp insights to inform medical affairs and regional education strategies.
